A modern house needs a modern fence that can interact with; that is why in order to keep up with current trends, fence manufacturers engineer new fence models. Currently, the most popular solution as part of modern fences are those that use palisade filling which contains panels made of sheet metal or aluminium profiles in various configurations.
Aluminum fences
Manufacturers of fences can use 100mm or 200mm wide panels with different spacing. Diversity of aluminium fences is also ensured by wide range of colours available on the market. Multiple companies and manufacturers offer RAL colours, including the most popular ones such as anthracite 7016 and wood imitation colours, which are more and more popular; these make an excellent alternative to wooden fences. Not only does it aesthetically fit into other wooden or wood-like elements on façade, but it is also characterized by exceptional durability thanks to use of, among others, aluminium.
Another crucial component of a modern fence is selection of an appropriate gate. Sliding gates are most often used if spatial development of a land can be carried out. Their main advantage is saving space of driveway. Gate slides along the fence, unlike in case of leaf gate, and opens towards driveway taking up a large part of its space. Once a gate have been selected, a right wicket can be selected. A common solution includes use of a vertical handle outside of the wicket which acts as an opening knob. Except a hand railing, installation of a cover, hinges, and a lock on the wicket makes a practical solution. A seemingly small detail complements aesthetics of the entire fence and – at the same time – protects hinges against soiling in case the fence is located close to a road.
