Powder coating is an advanced method used in varnish manufacture. It consists in applying powder paint on a conductive surface. Hardening process takes place at 140-200°C and then leads to melting applied powder and its polymerisation. Powder coating is preceded by a chemical process, which ensures good quality to coating and resistance to mechanical and atmospheric factors.
Our company specialises in painting steel and aluminium elements; for this purpose a state-of-the-art spray booth and a 6.2×2.0×1.0m furnace are used.
